It’s been a couple weeks since the Obamacare health care exchanges launched, and the government shutdown finally ended last week, but the exchange websites are still full of bugs.

Last week, the Pew Research Center asked U.S. residents how well they thought the online exchanges were working, and 46 percent said that they were not working well. Only 29 percent said they thought the online exchanges were working well.

Most of the people who have visited the exchanges did so to learn about the exchanges, while only one in three actually wanted to look at insurance options, according to the poll.

Some 5 percent of uninsured Americans said they planned to get insured sometime during the next six months, but only 26 percent said this was because of the new health care law.
