NFL star Odell Beckham Jr. appeared to quell rumors that have followed him for years about not being interested in dating black women. He took to Twitter on Monday to respond to a thread after being linked over the years to Australian rapper Iggy Azalea and reality television personality Khloe Kardashian.

Azalea told TMZ in May 2017 she didn't know Beckham and that "he was at my friend’s party and we took a picture with a bunch of people and that’s it. I don’t know him. I’ve not even had a conversation with him."

A Twitter user responded to a post that asked, "If you could sleep with one celebrity who would it be? Drop a gif of your response. I’ll start."

The two Twitter users then posted a photo of actress Megan Good, leading one to reply that she would hope for Beckham before adding, "but they say he doesn’t like BW [black women]."

The comment led the 26-year-old New York Giants wide receiver to respond: "They say a lot. Listening to 'they' won’t get us far in life. That’s something 'they' made up! I’m all for vibes, no matter what u are!"

Beckham has not been romantically linked in quite some time, following news about his alleged romances with Azalea and Kardashian. His dating life made headlines in 2018 after a video surfaced of him relaxing and eating a pizza in bed with an unidentified woman. The short video went viral due to what may have included an illegal substance.
