Olivia Munn was unimpressed with Russell Simmons’ statement after he was accused of sexual misconduct by writer Jenny Lumet. Lumet alleged Simmons intimidated her into having sex in 1991.

Simmons said in a statement Thursday he would be stepping down from his companies in the wake of the allegation.

“I have been informed with great anguish of Jenny Lumet’s recollection about our night together in 1991,” Simmons said. “I know Jenny and her family and have seen her several times over the years since the evening she described. While her memory of that evening is very different from mine, it is now clear to me that her feelings of fear and intimidation are real.”

Munn was having none of it.

“Yo Russell,” she wrote on Twitter Thursday. “Your statement was a little wonky, lemme help you out. According to the Douchbag Dictionary I believe your statement translates to – Our memories are different because I see women as disposable entertainment and Jenny thought she was a human being. Oops!”

Lumet's allegation is not the first time Simmons, now 60, has been accused of sexual misconduct. Model Keri Claussen Khalighi said he coerced her to have oral sex and forcibly had sex with her without her consent in 1991 when she was 17, according to a report in The Los Angeles Times earlier in November. Simmons denied the allegations, stating that he had "never committed any acts of aggression or violence" in his life and that he would "never knowingly cause fear or harm to anyone."

Claussen Khalighi's account, however, prompted Lumet to come forward with her own, according to the Hollywood Reporter. In the remainder of his statement, Simmons said Lumet's 'recollection' caused him "great anguish."

"While I have never been violent, I have been thoughtless and insensitive in some of my relationships over many decades and I sincerely apologize," he continued. "As the corridors of power inevitably make way for a new generation, I don't want to be a distraction, so I am removing myself from the businesses that I founded ... I will step aside and commit myself to continuing my personal growth, spiritual learning and above all to listening."
