Following a two-week hiatus, “One Piece” Chapter 992 is finally arriving this weekend with a new set of spoilers. According to these spoilers, Tobi Roppo’s Black Maria would be featured in the upcoming installment of the manga.

The fresh set of spoilers for “One Piece” Chapter 992 is courtesy of Reddit user Kirosh, who cites Worst Generation Forums as the source of information. Based on the spoilers, Black Maria will appear in the chapter. Sadly, this is the only information available for the character.

Black Maria would probably join in the current happenings in Onigashima. With X Drake changing sides and Jack the Drought already defeated, the Beast Pirates need all the help they could get. The last time fans saw Black Maria in the manga happened when King called her to cancel the All-Star seat challenge. King also asked her to help stop the alliance from getting to the dome’s roof where Kaido is fighting with the Akazaya Nine.

In the previous “One Piece” chapter, fans saw that Nami and Usopp will fight Page One and Ulti. Franky led the Numbers Hacha out of the dome to prevent further damage, should they fight each other. Jinbei and Robin fought the powerful Yonko Big Mom.

There is a fan theory that Nico Robin, the most intelligent member of the Straw Hats, is going to fight Black Maria. This theory believes that the fight is teased in the new “One Piece” anime intro where the archeologist is shown. Although the video does not show her opponent’s face, some fans think it could be Black Maria since she is the only Tobi Roppo that the Straw Hats have not yet faced.

With Nami facing Ulti, Robin is the closest contender in the Straw Hats’ camp to face Black Maria. So far, very little is known about the Tobi Roppo member and fans have no idea how powerful and skilled Black Maria is when it comes to combat and power. Moreover, fans are still wondering if she were a Devil Fruit user. But, it is safe to assume that she is very powerful, considering that she will challenge the All-Stars for their position.

“One Piece” fans know that Nico Robin’s specialty is assassination, and she tried to improve herself during the time skip to help Luffy and crewmates. It is going to be an interesting match should the Black Maria vs. Nico Robin battle materialize. For now, these are just speculations and theories.

“One Piece” Chapter 992 is set to arrive on Oct. 18, but rumors have it that it could arrive as early as Oct. 16.
