The case of a missing strawberry Jell-O cup is under investigation by Pennsylvania authorities after a 39-year-old man called cops complaining that his snack was stolen from the refrigerator in the employees' break room at a Wakefern Food Corp. warehouse.

The employee, only described in an Upper Macungie Township Police Department report as a 39-year-old man from Allentown, called police to report that his strawberry Jell-O cup was stolen, the Smoking Gun reported.

“The employee continued that this was not the first time that his food had been stolen from the refrigerator,” the report stated. “This incident remains under investigation.”

The theft was reported Thursday around 11:30 p.m. The Jell-O cup was taken from a warehouse in Beinigsville, according to the Smoking Gun.
