Pop singer Pink took to Instagram with her 9-year-old daughter Willow to discuss the presidential election. The message drew praise from followers, as well as Joe Biden supporters for its warmth and maturity.

The 41-year-old, who achieved mainstream success in 2000, began the posting by asking Willow who she wanted to win the presidential election.

Willow replied, “Is that a real question? Um, Joe Biden.”

Her reasoning? “Because...he’s good.”

Pink concluded the posting by saying, “I hope that no matter who wins the election, that we can all figure out a way to be nicer to each other. That’s my hope."

Pink, who is a native of the battleground state of Pennsylvania, explained to her daughter that Americans can hopefully learn how to disagree with one another while still being kind.

She ends the video by asking Willow what she wishes for, to which the child replied, “peace.”

There were thousands of positive comments under the video from both political sides.

One comment read, “You’re an amazing mother!! Love that Willow is so much like you with huge heart,” while another added, “That was awesome I was ready for a hate rant against Trump but this was sweet.”

"Couldn’t have said it better myself! We may all have different views, but we all deserve respect and love regardless of our differences!! Been saying this my whole life," one user said.

Pink and her husband Carey Hart have publicly supported the Biden campaign and Pink has been seen wearing a Biden-Harris shirt in many of her social media photos.
