The Premier League is coming off one of the least dramatic title races in recent memory, as Manchester City cruised to 100-point season and a comfortable 19 points ahead of second-place finisher and local rival Manchester United.

Will Pep Guardiola's squad finish atop the table again in 2018-19?

Oddsmakers sure think so.

According to Bet365, City are the odds-on favorite to repeat at 4/6. The club added attacking midfielder Riyad Mahrez this summer and didn't have any notable departures others than Yaya Toure. Oddsmakers last year had listed City as the favorites at 7/4.

After City are many familiar clubs, but not quite in the order some might expect. Liverpool, and their new goalkeeper Alisson Becker, have the second-best odds at 4/1 and ahead of their rivals Manchester United at 7/1. Jose Mourinho added Brazilian midfielder Fred and 19-year-old full-back Diogo Dalot from his former club Porto.

The London clubs are expected to battle for fourth place with Chelsea, who have a new manager in Maurizio Sarri, listed at 12/1 and Tottenham, who bring back mostly the same roster, at 16/1. Arsenal, after bidding farewell to longtime manager Arsene Wenger, are a longshot at 20/1.

The rest of the field is considered major underdogs. Everton and Wolverhampton are both 250/1 longshots, while Cardiff City has the worst odds at 2,000/1.

The Premier League season begins on Aug. 10.
