Prince Charles has already been married twice and his body language with Camilla and Princess Diana could not be more different from each other.

While speaking with Express, body language expert Judi James compared the future King’s wedding photos with the two female royals and said that Prince Charles’ body language reflects the fact that he is a very complex person.

“It would be too simplistic to expect Charles have been displaying open signals of regret or self-pity as he married his ‘duty’ bride at his first wedding under the watchful eye of his mistress sitting in the pews and relief and open delight at his second, when he finally went down the ‘selfish’ route and finally got hitched by the woman he loved,” James said.

However, Prince Charles doesn’t shed the non-verbal signs of self-pity easily, which means that his steeped eyebrows and puppy dog eye-expressions were more visible during his wedding to Camilla than his wedding to Princess Diana.

James looked at a phot of Prince Charles and Princess Diana as they were leaving the church after their wedding ceremony concluded. The body language expert said that the couple displayed a congruent pose. James also said that Prince Charles transformed into a dashing young prince at that time.

“The nouveau-popularity led to perfectly convincing romantic-looking poses like this, where Charles stands with his chest puffed, wearing a confident, dashing smile. Charles used a considerable amount of eye contact on Diana and their pose suggest some admiration…” she added.

But when Prince Charles wed Camilla, he appeared to be both bashful and happy. The couple stepped out of their civil service and walked arm in arm. At that time, the facial expression was a signature of Prince Charles, which was overly cheery but also slightly bewildered.

Prince Charles and Camilla have been married for 14 years, and they celebrated their anniversary with a sweet photo released by Clarence House.
