Prince Harry was recently caught fiddling with his wedding ring, and this action is likely related to his wife, Meghan Markle, according to one source.

On Thursday, the Duke of Sussex stepped out without his wife to visit the Royal Marines Commando Training Centre in Lympstone. This is the duke's first visit as his official role as captain general of the Royal Marines.

During his visit, Prince Harry was seen fiddling with his wedding ring. And according to body language expert Judi James, this has something to do with the royal's emotional state. "Men are often seen fiddling with their wedding rings," James said (via Express). "In Harry’s case, this looks like a self-comfort ritual performed for two reasons, when he's feeling under pressure or lonely."

According to James, this is a defensive act. But it’s not something royal fans should be worried about as Prince Harry and Markle’s marriage is just fine. "Firstly it allows him to create a barrier with his arms but by seeking out his wedding ring to touch and play with it suggests he's missing the back-up and support of his wife here," the expert explained. "The ritual would take on a different meaning if the ring were being pulled up and down the finger or even on and off when it would be much more likely to signal a rift or potential divorce!"

In related news, last week, rumors surfaced that Prince Harry and Markle are already expecting their first baby. The couple stepped out together, and many noticed that the new royal's breasts and tummy appeared to be larger than usual.

In addition, an insider claimed that Markle's mom is taking granny lessons. "[Doria Ragland] has been taking specialist coaching from experts at a parenting centre in Los Angeles. One of the few things Ragland learned are the basic nannying skills," a source said.

Rumors of Ragland taking special parenting lesson only intensified the rumors that Markle is pregnant. However, after a few days, the odds of Prince Harry and Markle making a baby announcement before the year ends had been slashed.

"The odds of Meghan and Harry sharing some good news soon have taken another plunge," Alex Kostin of betting intelligence site Bookmakers.tv said. "The latest betting definitely suggests there could be an announcement around the corner and when it comes bookies should brace themselves for the biggest royal betting frenzy of all time."
