• Meghan Markle and Prince Harry's attendance at Princess Beatrice's wedding has been confirmed
  • The royal couple is predicted to turn the wedding into the "Harry and Meghan Show
  • Archie could make an appearance at the royal wedding on May 29

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s attendance at Princess Beatrice’s royal wedding on May 29 has already been confirmed.

But as exciting as it is to see the Duke and Duchess of Sussex back in London months after their bombshell exit, a royal commentator warned the public against it. According to Camilla Tominey, Prince Harry and Markle’s presence at Princess Beatrice’s nuptials could take the attention away from her and her fiancé, Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi.

“If they accept the invitation, their appearance back in Britain for what could be the first time since they cease to be full-time working royals on March 31, threatens to overshadow the proceedings risking turning the wedding into the ‘Harry and Meghan show,’” Tominey told The Telegraph.

Meanwhile, royal correspondent Danielle Stacey said that there is no doubt that Prince Harry and Markle will be there because Archie’s dad is actually very close to his cousin. However, it is unlikely for the royal couple to be given a special role at the event.

“ Meghan won’t be in the immediate wedding party and like sister-in-law, the Duchess of Cambridge, she’ll have a low-key role, just like the pair did at Eugenie’s nuptials in Windsor. It’ll give the royal family the opportunity to have a catch-up, especially given the intimate setting,” she told Hello! magazine.

Stacey also said that there’s a huge possibility for Prince Harry and Markle to bring Archie with them to the royal wedding. However, it is also unlikely for the 9-month-old to be given a special role at the nuptials.

But according to Ken Wharfe, Princess Diana’s former security personnel, it is unlikely for Archie to be seen anywhere other than his new home in Canada because he’s at a great security risk.

Prince Harry and Markle have yet to hire their security personnel and until then, Archie won’t make public appearances.
