Prince Harry is loving fatherhood.

Prince Harry and his wife Meghan Markle welcomed their son Archie on May 6, 2019. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex's second child, daughter Lilibet Diana, arrived on June 4, more than a year after the couple stepped back as working royals and moved to California.

An unnamed insider told Us Weekly that Archie, now 2, is developing "a lovable and sweet nature" and is "coming into his own."

The source noted that Prince Harry and Markle are "so in awe … and feel blessed beyond words" raising Archie and his 4-month-old sister, Lilibet.

While the couple occasionally gets help from nannies, they're the ones taking care of the children for the most part, according to the source.

"The Sussexes do have nannies to call on when their schedules get crazed, but they're still extremely hands-on and try to keep the hired help to a minimum for the most part," the insider explained.

The couple is also finding it easier to take care of Lili due to their experience with their son. "It's been easier for them with Lili in many ways, even though it’s twice the work, technically, because they’ve been able to use a lot of the techniques they learned with Archie and take care of things like feeding or bathing without too much fuss," the source told the outlet.

Prince Harry is "the most caring dad," the source added. "It’s just paradise for Harry."

Another source previously told Us Weekly that Archie "adores" his baby sister and "gives her lots of kisses."

According to the insider, Archie has held baby Lili with the help of his parents and is "kind [and] loving" to his younger sibling without any "jealousy issues."

Prince Harry and Markle have not yet shared an official photo of their second child since welcoming her in June. However, fans caught a glimpse of the couple's daughter in a video the former actress shared in August to celebrate her 40th birthday.

The video, which was filmed at the couple's Montecito, California, mansion, briefly showed Markle's desk, where she displayed never-before-seen family photos. One of the pictures was of Prince Harry gently kissing Lili.

Archie has also rarely been seen since their move to the U.S. The most recent picture of the boy was released in May to mark his second birthday, and it showed him with his back to the camera.

During the Sussexes' New York City trip last month, Prince Harry was spotted carrying a laptop case with an adorable tribute to his son. The case was engraved with the words "Archie's Papa" in gold.

While in the city, Markle also gave a rare update on their daughter when a reporter asked, "Meghan, how's Lilibet?"

"She's beautiful," the duchess responded.
