Prince Harry does a lot of things for his wife, Meghan Markle. But there is one particular thing the Duchess of Sussex loves best about her husband.

While in Birkenhead, the 34-year-old prince revealed that he meditates daily after being inspired by the “Suits” alum. Royal reporter Rebecca English revealed that Kelsang Sonam, a 69-year-old Buddhist monk, gave Prince Harry a copy of his book “8 Steps to Happiness” after he told him that he meditates every day.

Markle is, of course, known for her holistic lifestyle. She has also given healthy living an emphasis. In her former lifestyle blog The Tig, Markle shared that she is a huge fan of meditation, particularly Vedic meditation. In one of her posts, Markle also revealed that she has been practicing Vedic meditation for an entire year.

“I can’t put my finger on the why or the how, but I will tell you this much, for me, I am just happier. And meditation has to do with that,” she said.

Light Watkins, an LA-based meditation teacher, told InStyle, “I didn’t get the sense that she was overly stressed out or anxious or anything like that, it just seemed like she was already on a wellness path.”

In related news, Markle also made headlines following her trip to Birkenhead after she gave a hint about her upcoming due date. According to royal fan Carla Grandy, she and several other supporters of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex asked Markle when she will give birth.

Markle surprisingly told them that she is scheduled to welcome her first child in April. The response seemed accurate because, on Oct. 14, Kensington Palace announced that the royal couple will welcome their firstborn in the spring. The season typically starts in March and ends in June.

Another royal fan told People that Markle felt her pregnancy has gone so quickly.

“I asked her how she was coping on those high heels. She said, ‘One day at a time,’” the fan said.
