The royals are finally coming to Los Angeles on Friday for a weekend visit after a nine-day trip in Canada. This will be the Duchess of Cambridge's first visit to the United States, but not William's.

Upon arrival, Prince William and Kate will be greeted by the California governor and first lady, and attend a business event supporting UK trade and investment.

The royals will then go to a reception at the British Consular-General residence in Hancock Park, which is expected to have tight security.

Papparazzi have been warned to stay away from the property unless they have a signed trespass letter, and arrests will be made if this order is violated.
