Prince William and Prince Harry are reportedly to blame for Kate Middleton and Meghan Markle’s difficulties.

The Duchess of Cambridge and Duchess of Sussex are rumored to be having a feud. Middleton and Markle reportedly don’t get along well. However, their husbands may be to blame for this because it’s Prince William and Prince Harry who have issues. Keir Simmons, senior international correspondent for "Today," claimed that there was actually no tension between the duchesses.

“Meghan was all smiles over Christmas, knocking down rumours of a rift between her and Kate,” Simmons said, adding that Prince William and Prince Harry’s wife even enjoyed playing Scrabble together.

He also admitted that he’s not discounting the difficult times they went through in the palace. However, he said he believes that it has been exaggerated by some newspapers.

“Maybe, just maybe, the real tension is between William and Harry. Which, leaves you wondering, what would Diana say?” he added.

There have been reports before claiming that Middleton and Markle actually have no issues with each other. Simmons wasn’t alone in his observations.

Entertainment Tonight also reported that there were tensions between the two royal princes because Prince William doubted Markle. There was a time when the Duke of Cambridge voiced his concerns about the former “Suits” star, but it only irked Prince Harry who was besotted with his wife.

On Christmas Day, Prince William, Middleton, Markle and Prince Harry reunited and celebrated the holidays with Queen Elizabeth II and the rest of the royal family in Sandringham. Initially, there were rumors that the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge would spend the holidays with Middleton’s parents, but due to the Queen and Prince Philip’s advancing years, they couldn’t afford to skip Christmas with the royals.

During the royals’ traditional Christmas morning service, the fab four were photographed walking together on their way to the church. Middleton and Markle were all smiles as they chatted along the way.

However, according to body language expert Judi James, the two duchesses were only showing a united front for the cameras. On the other hand, Prince William and Prince Harry appeared to be distant from each other. While their wives exerted effort to appear friendly, the two kept their hands on their pockets and looked ill at ease.
