Princess Charlotte looks upset and serious in one photo.

Prince William and Kate Middleton’s only daughter is very charming and playful. In most photos, she is often seen smiling. However, royal fans noticed that the little royal is different than her usual self in these snaps shared on Instagram.

The snaps were taken while they were on their way to Queen Elizabeth II’s annual Christmas lunch.

In one photo, Princess Charlotte appears to be looking at something which is not seen in the camera. Several said that the princess looks “very serious.” One even wrote, “scowl.”

“Why does she look so upset ? Not her jolly self! She’s very beautiful,” one user commented.

“Princess charlotte even serious looks so adorable,” another opined.

“The child has strong will” a different user wrote. “Strong personality,” another added.

Many said that Princess Charlotte still looks adorable even if she appears very serious. A different royal follower shared that for her, Middleton’s daughter looks tired.

Meanwhile, another online user defended Princess Charlotte from a netizen who was asking, “Why the scowl?”

“it's not necassary or even possible to be smiling every minute of the day. This is also a photo taken in a second without her knowing,” @ missshe202 wrote.

Just recently, Prince William revealed that Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis are very interested in the homeless people they see on the street. The royal siblings reportedly asked him about them and why they don’t go home.

In related news, Princess Charlotte has a new obsession. Prince William and Middleton’s daughter inherited the Queen’s fondness for horses because she is obsessed with them. In fact, she reportedly asked for a pony as a Christmas present.

The royals love horses and this is in their blood. Princess Anne and Zara Tindall have the same passion. In fact, Zara is an equestrian and an Olympian.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are also keen on getting their eldest child into riding. They even asked Zara to use her Shetland ponies because they did not want to put the third in line to the throne on a big horse and Zara did not disappoint the future king and queen.
