Princess Eugenie’s wedding reception dress designer Zac Posen just shared a never-before-seen photo of his creation on social media.

On Oct. 12, Princess Eugenie attended her star-studded wedding reception with husband Jack Brooksbank in a stunning rose-colored gown that featured a cape style to the back and drops to reveal her shoulders.

Posen’s post specifically featured the back part of the gown that royal fans wanted to see because Princess Eugenie famously showed off her scoliosis surgery scar in her white low-back wedding dress designed by Peter Pilotto.

“The back by popular demand, before the final #whiteroseofyork was placed. In the #HouseofZ #atlier #zacposen @vanina_sorrenti,” he captioned the snap.

Prior to Princess Eugenie’s royal wedding, the 28-year-old spoke about her operation from 2002.

“It’s a lovely way to honor the people who looked after me and a way of standing up for young people who also go through this. I think you can change the way beauty is, and you can show people your scars and I think it’s really special to stand up for that,” she said.

The daughter of Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson also penned a heartfelt piece on the Royal National Orthopedic Hospital where her scoliosis surgery was performed.

“During my operation, which took eight hours, my surgeons inserted eight-inch titanium rods into each side of my spine and one-and-a-half inch screws at the top of my neck. After three days of intensive care, I spent a week on a ward and six days in a wheelchair, but I was walking again after that,” she said.

Princess Eugenie wed Brooksbank at St. George’s Chapel in Windsor Castle. After their wedding, the Duchess of York revealed that the royal couple didn’t stay somewhere special. Rather, they opted to be with family at the Royal Lodge.

“So the night before their honeymoon, the whole family was eating pizza together in the kitchen,” Ferguson said (via Express).
