Queen Elizabeth recently proved that age is really just a number.

The monarch is already 93 years old, but she is still able to enjoy one of her favorite past times: horse riding.

On Tuesday, the mom of four was photographed riding her horse in Balmoral while accompanied by a male palace aide. In the photo, Her Majesty’s head is wrapped in a bandana, and she is also wearing a trench coat and pants.

Even though the Queen’s legs are actually covered in the picture by her pants, it was still seen underneath her long trench coat since she was sitting on her horse. The shape of the monarch’s legs and thighs in the snap reveal that she is actually quite slim.

The other members of the royal family are also in Balmoral for a week-long vacation with Her Majesty. It was reported that Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson joined the Queen earlier this week, but the Duchess of York was forced to leave the vacation home after Prince Philip arrived early.

Prince Philip has been staying in Windsor since he retired from his royal duties two years ago. But every now and then, he heads to Balmoral Castle to be with his wife.

And just like the Queen, the Duke of Edinburgh also enjoys horse riding. Just a few months ago, he rode four of his horses in Sandringham. During his outing, the dad of four was accompanied by two of his royal aides.

Prince Philip’s photo reveals that he has gotten much thinner ever since he was last seen in public. The Queen’s husband made a public appearance at Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s royal wedding on May 19, 2018. On Oct. 12 of the same year, he attended Princess Eugenie and Jack Brooksbank’s royal wedding.

The Queen, on the other hand, has no plans to retire from her royal duties. There are reports suggesting that she will never abdicate.
