'Rambo 5: Last Blood' Trailer, Behind-The-Scenes Video Released After Leak
After the first trailer of “Rambo 5: Last Blood” leaked, the video has officially been released online. Lead cast member Sylvester Stallone has also released a behind-the-scenes video that shows the filming of one of the action sequences.
The first trailer posted on the Facebook page of the franchise shows John (Sylvester Stallone) being forced to face his past. The trailer has a bit of a “John Wick” vibe, especially the scene where the former soldier is surrounded by people with their guns pointed at his face and also the scene where Stallone’s character kills the bad guys in a tunnel or a cave.
The main action sequence that appears to be the climax battle appears to take place at John’s ranch. The nostalgic moments in this sequence will involve the former soldier setting traps for the bad guys, just as he did in the mountain in the first film.
Stallone also released the poster of the film on Instagram, which should remind the fans of another nostalgic moment from the previous films. The poster shows the former soldier with his bow drawn, as fire blazes in the background. The poster should remind the fans of the iconic scene in the third instalment of the film, in which he put his bow to good use.
A behind-the-scenes video that Stallone shared on Instagram shows him getting ready for an action sequence in what appears to be a tunnel or a cave. The scene shows John walking in with a rifle, taking a break to relax his muscles before heading in to kill the bad guys.
As the name suggests, “Rambo 5: Last Blood” is the last time that Stallone will be reprising this role. The movie has been directed by Adrian Grunberg and it will be released on Sept. 20.
