Erika Jayne is dating again amid her legal woes and ongoing divorce from estranged husband Tom Girardi, a report has claimed.

The "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star, 50, started dating again a month ago and has been on "a handful" of dates with different men, TMZ reported, citing unnamed sources.

The Bravo star opted not to use dating apps and instead turned to her friends to set her up on dates with local guys, according to the outlet.

Jayne is said to have gone out with a mix of guys, with sources telling the outlet that she's spent time with suitors who work in Hollywood as well as those outside the entertainment industry.

The reality star has also started filming scenes for the new season of "RHOBH" with the other housewives, the report said.

Jayne filed for divorce from Girardi, 82, in November last year after 21 years of marriage. She recently claimed that throughout their marriage, the disgraced lawyer had controlled her finances.

"I gave every paycheck to my husband," she told Andy Cohen during part two of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" Season 11 reunion last week, as per Page Six. "I’ve handed every paycheck I’ve ever made over."

Jayne makes close to $600,000 a season on the Bravo reality show, according to The New York Times.

She is currently being sued by the trustee handling Girardi's bankruptcy case. The trustee has demanded that Jayne pay back the $25 million she'd allegedly gotten from her ex's former law firm, Girardi Keese, and used to pay her credit card bills, glam squad and other expenses.

Jayne and Girardi are also facing a class-action lawsuit accusing the former couple of embezzling settlement money intended for families of victims killed in a 2018 plane crash.

Jayne has since denied any wrongdoing. Her lawyer claimed in a statement to Page Six that the trustee and her lawyer were "bullying and blaming Erika for actions taken by Girardi Keese for which Erika does not have legal liability."

However, Ronald Richards, the trustee’s attorney, told Page Six in a statement, "The evidence is undeniable. The law firm paid out over $25,000,000 in expenses which were approved and generated by one person, Erika Girardi."

The trustee said in the lawsuit that it would be a "miscarriage of justice if [Jayne] was allowed to simply walk completely free" of owing more than $25 million to the firm just because she claimed she wasn't aware her husband had financial troubles at the time.
