Rob Kardashian may have invited some legal trouble for himself after he posted explicit photos of Blac Chyna on Instagram, forcing the photo sharing site to suspend his account. On Wednesday evening, Chyna's attorney Walter Mosley threatened a lawsuit against the "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" star.

“I am exploring all legal remedies and protections available to my client at this time in attempts to best advise her on how she may want to proceed,” Mosley said in a statement to People magazine.

Kardashian shared nude photos of Chyna with his 9 million Instagram followers, amid his ongoing feud with his ex-girlfriend who he accused of cheating. The reality TV star's action could land him in jail under criminal charges for sharing the photos without Chyna's consent on social media. A California revenge porn law prosecutes such incidents of sharing nude photos or videos.

As of Wednesday, the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department had not opened an investigation into Kardashian's actions.

“This will be an interesting case to see how it plays out. Law enforcement can bring criminal charges on their own,” Elisa D'Amico, an expert on revenge porn cases at K&L Gates, told New York Daily News. “It’s more difficult to pursue without the victim’s cooperation, but with something like this, I imagine many eyes are looking already. It’s fairly high profile. A lot of lawyers are already up in arms."

According to Celebrity Net Worth, the only son of Robert Kardashian Sr. and Kris Jenner is worth an estimated $6 million. The 30-year-old is associated with the "KUWTK" and "Rob & Chyna" shows along with business ventures such as his socks line with Arthur George and designing a men's line with Scott Disick for the Kardashian Kollection.

Kardashian started his rant againt Chyna by telling his Instagram users that the mother of his child sent him a video on July 4 of her kissing a man. While calling her a "crazy person," he also said she needed help.

In another post, Kardashian shared a screenshot of an alleged text conversation between himself and “the dude Chyna got caught cheating on me with.”

“This is the dude Chyna got caught cheating on me with for a minute now. And look he texted me asking for help and said he needed money cuz he can’t afford to pay Chyna’s bill so that’s why I pay her bills,” he wrote. “More receipts are coming. Just yesterday Chyna sent me her p---- and everything and said she gonna come f--- me … wait for it. Never once have I cheated on Chyna and I remained loyal to her even after all the cheating she been doing and the multiple men she been f------ including me.”

Kardashian went on posting NSFW photos of Chyna on Instagram, later finding his account suspended.

Instagram’s policy of posting photos and videos "that are appropriate for a diverse audience" under the platform’s community guidelines states that no nudity will be excepted on the photo sharing site except the ones that have artistic values, such as paintings or sculptures.

"This includes photos, videos, and some digitally-created content that show sexual intercourse, genitals, and close-ups of fully-nude buttocks. It also includes some photos of female nipples, but photos of post-mastectomy scarring and women actively breastfeeding are allowed. Nudity in photos of paintings and sculptures is OK, too," the social media platform’s guidelines state.
