Vietnamese site Review Dao has uploaded an image claimed to be of the upcoming Galaxy S7, showing a slightly curved back, along with a nonexistent camera bump, confirming the past reports. Shimmery metal frame running through the corners of the device is very much visible, along with a glass-like back panel. The metal frame apparently is made of magnesium instead of the traditional aluminum one.

As far as the Galaxy S7 specifications go, the same site’s listing is similar to what we already know from umpteen leaks, reports and benchmark findings. However, it is worth noting that this flagship will be powered by both Snapdragon 820 and Exynos 8890 chipsets. GSM Arena said Benchmark tests suggested that the Exynos 8890 chipset is 15 percent more powerful than the Qualcomm SoC, specific to both CPU and GPU performance.

The report also said that the Galaxy S7 will come with a waterproofed exterior and will provide impressive battery life of 48 hours. The battery unit will be able to charge from zero percent to eighty percent within 30 minutes of plugging it in. When it comes to camera specification, the device will reportedly sport a 12-megapixel BRITECELL rear-facing sensor with an aperture of f/1.7.

Moving on to Galaxy S7 price, the handset will reportedly be sold at a price of 16.49 million dong (i.e. about $740), while the S7 Edge will set the buyers back by 19.9 million dong (about $890).

As it turns out, the Galaxy S7 series is expected to be unveiled in Vietnam on Mar. 3 and the release is likely to take place on Mar. 18. But then, in other regions, the same series is expected to be introduced on Feb. 21 and following the release on Mar. 11.
