Cheri Oteri will be admitted to C.U.R.E. Institute Hospital in Season 2, episode 3 of “Scream Queens.”

According to the synopsis for the installment’s third hour, titled “Handidates,” the “Saturday Night Live” alum will be playing the role of Sheila Baumgartner, a new patient at the teaching hospital with an outrageous disorder. During her stay in Munsch’s (Jamie Lee Curtis) hospital, Sheila leads Chanel #3 (Abigail Breslin) and Dr. Cascade (Taylor Lautner) to grow close with one other.

Oteri’s casting was confirmed by TVLine on Aug. 22. Her role, however, was not disclosed at the time.

A day before the news outlet confirmed her casting, the 54-year-old actress tweeted a photo of herself on the “Scream Queens” set alongside Curtis.

“Not enough O’s in the word cool to describe this Girl. One of the Good Ones. Love her‼ @jamieleecurtis,” Oteri captioned the pic.

A month ago, Curtis also posted a photo of Oteri on Instagram. “Please come again. We can't stop loving you! @cheri_oteri @screamqueensfox #screamqueens #funnylady,” Curtis wrote alongside the on-set snap.

Oteri, whose other acting credits include “Shrek the Third,” “Scary Movie” and “Inspector Gadget,” is the second “SNL” comedienne to join the sophomore run of “Scream Queens.” Cecily Strong appeared in the season premiere as Catherine Hobart, a patient at C.U.R.E with hypertrichosis — an illness that causes excessive hair growth. Although she was eventually cured of her condition through a diet balancing her hormones, the Green Meanie killed her by slicing her head off.

In the preview clip for episode 2, titled “Warts and All,” Munsch figured out that someone is targeting the patients of C.U.R.E., so will Sheila have the same fate with Catherine? Only time will tell.

“Scream Queens” Season 2, episode 2 airs on Tuesday, Sept. 27, at 9 p.m. on FOX. Check out the synopsis for the episode below:

“A new patient (Colton Haynes) with a hideous ailment visits the hospital in hope of a cure, but finds a love interest instead. Meanwhile, Chad (Glen Powell) returns to win Chanel (Emma Roberts) back and, in the process, discovers a dark secret of Dr. Holt’s (John Stamos). Then, after another run-in with the killer, Munsch enlists the help of new Quantico special agent Denise Hemphill (Niecy Nash)."
