Selena Gomez is reportedly done allowing her ex Justin Bieber in her life. Months after entering a treatment program to help with her anxiety and depression, the performer is now seeking other ways to better her health, and that includes staying away from potentially toxic former relationships.

In the Jan. 21 print issue of OK! Magazine, an unnamed "friend" reveals that Gomez, 26, has been seeking guidance from a wellness guru to better herself.

"Selena's focused on getting healthy physically and emotionally," the source said. "She's no longer looking at the meds used to treat her lupus as the only solution to her problems and is embracing a more holistic approach for all-around wellness."

Other ways Gomez has been better her health is by going dairy-free, exercising for 30 minutes every day and avoiding Bieber, who she has dated on and off since 2010.

"She's also avoiding the people who've brought her down in the past - like her ex Justin Bieber," shared the insider.

The decision appears to be benefitting the performer, as the insider added, "Selena's taking a humbler approach to life and it seems to be working. No one's ever seen her look better."

Unfortunately for Gomez, it may not be that easy to cut the newly-married Bieber out of her life. Last month, it was reported by Life & Style that the 24-year-old "Sorry" singer tried to reach out to his ex after she had received treatment. The month prior, the magazine claimed Bieber was caught crying over Gomez during a trip to Universal Studios Orlando with his wife, Hailey Baldwin.
