“Dancing With the Stars” pro dancer Lindsay Arnold’s younger sister, Jensen Arnold, auditioned for “So You Think You Can Dance” Season 14.

Lindsay, who was also a contestant in a previous season of the hit FOX dance reality TV competition, started with “SYTYCD” and moved on to becoming a professional dancer in ABC’s “Dancing With the Stars.” By the looks of it, Jensen wants to follow in her footsteps and become one of the most popular dancers on television today.

On Monday night’s episode, Jensen and her partner, Tristen Sosa, performed a samba routine that wowed judges Nigel Lythgoe, Mary Murphy and Vanessa Hudgens. The duo’s energy was palpable, but it was definitely Jensen who carried their audition piece until the end. Sosa struggled a bit with keeping up with Jensen, but they still managed to make it through to the next round.

Meanwhile, there were five other standout contestants in “So You Think You Can Dance” Season 14, episode 2. Hip-hop dancer Sade Keinu Austin made it through to the Academy after completing a high-energy routine to Missy Elliott’s song, “Where They From.” Austin’s mom was also shown cheering her daughter on together with the audiences, which was such an adorable sight to behold. Joining Austin is contemporary dancer Matthew Deloch, whose emotional routine left Hudgens and Lythgoe in awe of his talent.

Pop lockers Dustin Payne and Inyoung Lee both made it through to the Academy. By the looks of it, the two dancers could be pitted against each other for a chance to work with the professional dancers in “SYTYCD.” Both Payne and Lee received positive reviews from all three judges, so it is possible that they could make it to the end of the competition.

But the most unique performance for the night came from tap/hip-hop dancer Blessin’ Giraldo. The minute she got up on stage, Giraldo was the epitome of confidence. Luckily, her talent in tap dancing and hip-hop were a perfect fit for her personality. Throughout her dance, Giraldo also used her voice to intensify her every move.

“So You Think You Can Dance” Season 14 airs Mondays at 8 p.m. EDT on FOX.
