A new image of Zorri Bliss (Keri Russell) from “Star Wars: Episode 9” has been released online. While the fans are familiar with her beautiful costume, what is different about the new picture is that she is holding something that will be crucial to the plot of the film.

The following article contains “Star Wars: Episode 9” spoilers.

One of the pictures that Entertainment Weekly shared from its fall movies preview is a still from “Star Wars: Episode 9.” The scene shows Zorri holding an object in her hand, and she is giving it to someone off screen. No details were offered about the scene, which led to the fans wondering what that object is and what the scene is about.

According to Bespin Bulletin, Zorri may be holding a captain’s medallion of the First Order. She will give this medallion to Poe Dameron (Oscar Isaac) in order for him and the other heroes to escape the blockade by Star Destroyers orbiting the planet Kijimi.

The other possibility is that this is an object from inside C-3PO’s (Anthony Daniels) head. One of the missions for the heroes in “Star Wars: Episode 9” is to find a way to bypass the programming of the droid to allow him to read Sith inscription on a dagger. The object in Zorri’s hand may be taken out of the droid’s head to reprogram it.

According to another Bespin Bulletin report, a character called Babu Frik will take the heroes on Kijimi to a droid repair shop. This is where C-3PO’s memory is wiped, essentially killing him, in order to allow him to read Sith inscription. Once this mission is complete, the heroes will have to find a way to escape the planet by avoiding the First Order.

“Star Wars: Episode 9” has been directed b JJ Abrams. The movie will be released on Dec. 20.
