Stock futures added to gains on Thursday following a report on weekly jobless claims that suggested some stabilization in the labor market.

Data from the Labor Department showed that the number of U.S. workers filing new claims for jobless insurance fell more than expected to a nine-month low last week.

S&P 500 futures rose 10.20 points and were above fair value, a formula that evaluates pricing by taking into account interest rates, dividends and time to expiration on the contract. Dow Jones industrial average futures gained 86 points, and Nasdaq 100 futures added 16 points.
