‘Sword Art Online: Alicization War Of Underworld’ Part 2, Episode 16 Live Stream Details, Spoilers: The Traitor

A member from Higa’s team turns out to be a traitor and "Sword Art Online: Alicization War of Underworld" Part 2, Episode 16 will explore his origin story. The new episode is titled "Code 871."

The official website released the synopsis, preview trailer and spoiler stills for "Sword Art Online: Alicization War of Underworld" Part 2, Episode 16 hinting what happens next with Higa and Sinon.

Toward the end of episode 15, Yanai suddenly pointed a gun at Higa, who is trying to revive Kirito from his comatose state. Now, in "Code 871," Yanai will talk about his origin. Meanwhile, another scene from the preview trailer shows Gabriel in his new form in front of Sinon. Bercouli killed Gabriel’s last avatar – Vector, but Gabriel returned to the Underworld as Subtilizer. The trailer shows Subtilizer’s eyes staring into Sinon’s. The preview ends with the Red Army continuing their carnage against the Human Forces.

In the last episode, Asuna and other heroes are fighting against the evil Red Army players. Later, they meet Poh, who calls more players from Korea and China to join the Red Army.

The players are tricked into joining the Red Army when they receive a message informing how some Japanese players hacked into a new VRMMO and their servers created by the American, Chinese and Korean players.

"Sword Art Online: Alicization War Of Underworld" Part 2, Episode 16 is airing Saturday, Aug. 1. Fans can watch the episodes online via live streaming on Crunchyroll, Funimation, AnimeLab, HiDive and Hulu. Currently, the episodes are available in Japanese with English subtitles.
