After months of staying away from social media, “Shake It Off” singer Taylor Swift decided to return for a good reason.

Swift just heard the new song of her bestie, Selena Gomez, titled “Fetish,” and she is already a huge fan. Swift liked it so much that she decided to break her social media ban and post about it, as well as greet Gomez happy birthday in advance.

As for Gomez, she is also promoting her song on Instagram. She posted several photos and videos about “Fetish,” which has received millions of views and likes. One fan even commented, “This is the best song I’ve ever heard in my entire life. I can’t breathe.”

“There is something with your songs that just makes me love you,” another follower wrote.

According to the Daily Mail, the song is all about teen angst and tackles the issues of alcoholism and cheating. Many fans believe “Fetish” is about her ex-beau Justin Bieber and their rollercoaster relationship. They dated on and off for three years before splitting up in 2014. For the next few years, they remained in contact and sparked hope that “Jelena” will get back together. In the end, their relationship crumbled and Gomez checked into rehab in 2016.

She is now dating Abel Tesfaye, better known by his stage name The Weeknd. Gomez’s close friends and family really approve of their union and said it is comparatively better than the one she had with Bieber. “She is head over heels in love with Abel,” a source told E! News. “This relationship is very different than the one she had with [Justin] Bieber.”

“This love is very mature and she is in a different head space now,” the source continued. “She has really found who she is and what makes her happy. She loves Abel and he loves her. They have gotten to know each other very well and have learned from their past relationships what they want and don’t want. They both met each other’s families and they all approve.”

They made their couple debut during the Met Gala this year. But when they are not together, they keep in touch by texting and using FaceTime. “They love to just chill and be a pretty normal couple—like go to the movies, order in and watch TV. They seem serious and like this is the real deal,” the source said.
