“Teen Mom 2” star Leah Messer Calvert checked into rehab to get help with her supposed pill problem, In Touch Weekly reported Wednesday. The 23-year-old mother of three has been rumored to be struggling with substance abuse ever since she apparently nodded off during an episode of her hit MTV show.

The name of the facility was not revealed, but Calvert will be gone for 30 days, a source told the magazine. “She wants her girls to visit,” the source said about 5-year-old twins Ali and Aleeah and 2-year-old Adalynn. The reality TV star left her home in West Virginia Sunday to get help, the mag added.

An anonymous source told the tabloid in October he used to give Calvert the pills. “She’s picked up 30 to 40 pills at a time from me ... She was withdrawing $1,000 a week to buy pills.”

Even though her struggle with drugs has been widely reported, Calvert never admitted to having a substance abuse problem. She doesn’t want to admit there’s an issue with drugs and told family and friends she went away to seek therapy. “They’re hoping her denial doesn’t stop her from making a fresh start,” the insider said.

Calvert didn’t mention on Twitter whether she was going away. Instead, she shared an uplifting quote from her trainer, whose name appears as T.R. Dues on the social media site. “The past will reflect you but the present will define you. Be yourself don't let others control your destiny,” the message read. Dues has far fewer followers at 272 than Calvert’s 1.41 million.

Despite rumors swirling about her having a drug addiction, Calvert is giving the impression that she’s focused on her fitness. She asked her Twitter followers to give her friend and trainer a “shout out” and to follow him. She also shared a YouTube video of one of his workouts.

Her husband, Jeremy Calvert, did not mention his wife’s apparent rehab stint either. Instead, the pipeliner embraced his country roots and shared a YouTube video from Blake Shelton.
