‘Teen Mom’ Kail Lowry Has A New Boyfriend? Meet Dionisio Cephas

Kail Lowry may be ready to give love another shot. Two months after welcoming son Lux with ex-boyfriend Chris Lopez, speculation is swirling that the “Teen Mom 2” star may have her heart set on another man.

Dionisio Cephas is the name of Kail’s rumored new boyfriend, though the MTV star says the relationship is not set in stone just yet. “I wouldn’t say we’re dating,” Kail told Radar Online. “I’m not dating anyone. But if I was going to date anyone, it would be him.”

Dionisio shared a similar statement with the publication, saying though he and Kail are not official, there are no issues between them. “Time will tell. Everything is fine as far as I know,” he said.

Dionisio’s Facebook page backs up his claims. His account currently has him listed as “single.”

Dionisio and Kail first sparked dating rumors in May when they were photographed together in a bed during a trip to Los Angeles, OK! Magazine reports. At the time, he claimed they were “just friends.” Rumors sparked once again when the mother of three tweeted to Dionisio on Oct. 5, asking if she was going to see him that day. He replied by implying he lived next door to which Kail wrote, “Long distance relationship with the guy next door.”

While things are up in the air for the twosome, Dionisio and Kail have a bump in the road ahead should they become an actual couple. Following her divorce from Javi Marroquin, Kail has stated multiple times she is not interested in the idea of marriage. However, Dionisio seems to be on a different page, recently tweeting, “I’m not having kids until I’m married people.”

While love may be in Kail’s future, her current life seems to be focused on being a mother and dealing with her baby daddy drama. On Monday, Radar reported that Kail was banning Chris from seeing baby Lux until he acknowledged his paternity.

The report came after Kail confirmed Lux’s last name is Lowry and not Lopez.

“They give a form in the hospital, but he didn’t sign it,” an insider “close to Kail” explained. “My guess is he won’t acknowledge paternity so she can’t file for child support.”

The source also stated that Kail was considering legal action against Chris regarding their son. “Her lawyer drew something up and they are going through the court because he doesn’t have any rights to Lux without signing. He’s not seeing the baby right now for those reasons.”

While Kail reportedly deals with her legal battles off-screen, on Instagram, she’s all about being the best mom she can be to her three sons - Lux, 2 months, Isaac, 7, whom she shares with ex-boyfriend Jo Rivera, and Lincoln, 3, whom she shares with Javi.

Kail last updated her Instagram followers about her life on Monday, sharing a photo of her two oldest snuggling up to baby Lux. “Man crush Monday,” Kail captioned the sweet snap.
