"Teen Mom OG" stars Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra are determined to add one more child to their brood.

Lowell, 28, and Baltierra, 29, are already parents to three kids but still want "to have one more child and that will be [their] last child," Us Weekly reported. In her interview with the outlet, Lowell said they are open to adoption if they cannot conceive one more baby.

"We have discussed it," the "16 and Pregnant" alum said of their future plans. "Yeah, if we weren’t able to have one more, sure, [we’d adopt]. Most definitely. But who knows at this time?"

"It’s just up to the universe right now. Whatever happens, will happen, I guess, in its own time. I don’t know when that will be," she added.

Lowell and Baltierra are parents to daughter Carly, whom they welcomed in 2009. They were still too young at the time and put their now-11-year-old daughter to adoption. They remain in touch with Carly, who has also met her siblings, Novalee, 6, and Vaeda, 23 months.

In December, Lowell shared the heartbreaking news that she suffered a miscarriage. The "Teen Mom OG" star took to Instagram and shared a photo of her pregnancy test and pictures of her and her husband.

"I WAS Pregnant and excited to share it with all of you and I am heartbroken to reveal that I lost the baby," she wrote, as quoted by Us Weekly. "I am sharing this to let you know you are not alone. We are all in this together and everyone experiences pain, loss, and the recovery from it."

The MTV star went on to say that she was "still in the thick of dealing with this loss as it was recent and all the emotional trauma that follows such a loss in an already horrifically hard year."

Despite what happened, she thanked her fans in advance for their "prayers, love and support." The reality star also offered a lending hand to other couples who are going through the same pain and loss.

"I opened up about this only to help those who are experiencing the same thing to know that there’s someone else every day experiencing this. This was painful to share… but again, you’re not alone," she wrote, alongside folded hands and broken heart emojis.

"Teen Mom OG" Season 9 premieres Tuesday at 8 p.m. EST on MTV.
