KEY POINTS

  • Teresa Giudice slammed her brother Joe Gorga over his "mean-spirited" remarks about her marriage
  • The "RHONJ" star claimed Gorga keeps talking about her and husband Luis Ruelas to "make himself relevant"
  • Gorga previously claimed that his standup comedy career will last longer than Giudice's marriage to Ruelas

Teresa Giudice is not happy about the "mean-spirited" remarks her younger brother, Joe Gorga, made about her new marriage during BravoCon 2022 earlier this month.

In a sneak peek of an upcoming episode of her new podcast, "Namaste B$tches," the "Real Housewives of New Jersey" star admitted that she was "hurt" when her brother said that her marriage to businessman Luis Ruelas won't last.

"That's not my brother. Like, I don't know who he is now, like, what kind of character he's trying to play," the 50-year-old Bravo star said in the episode exclusively obtained by Page Six.

"I was hurt by it. Luis was hurt by it. I mean, as everyone saw, he did not come to my wedding," she added. "That hurt us, and by what he just did at BravoCon, that's very mean-spirited, very sad."

Giudice was reacting to Gorga, 43, and his wife Melissa Gorga's recent appearance in a special episode of "Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen" that was filmed during BravoCon.

In a segment, Melissa was asked whether she thought that Giudice and Ruelas' marriage would last longer than her husband's stand-up comedy career.

She refused to answer, but her real estate developer husband, who did not attend his sister's wedding to Ruelas in August, stood up and answered on her behalf.

"I'm gonna answer the question. My stand-up career, baby!" Gorga said, leaving host Andy Cohen and the audience shocked.

In the sneak peek clip of her podcast, Giudice also speculated that her sibling was only seeking attention at her expense, according to Page Six.

"I just wish that he would stop talking about us to try to make himself relevant," she said.

Gorga and Giudice both spoke about their falling out earlier this month at BravoCon, in which the "RHONJ" panel had to be divided into two separate ones last minute to keep the siblings apart.

"They're really not in a good place, as you might have gathered," host Cohen said during the "Ask Andy" portion, according to Page Six.

Giudice said that she was "really hurt" when Gorga refused to attend her wedding and blamed fame and money for ruining their relationship. She also seemingly criticized her sister-in-law, Melissa, saying that "things change" when "different blood" joins the family.

For his part, Gorga said he was tired of the drama. Instead, he shared that he wants to put the feud behind him and focus on the things he's thankful for.

"At this point, I just don't know what else to say. I'm tired. I'm tired of talking about this for 13 years," he said at the event. "I'm 48 years old, and I'm happy that I woke up this morning and happy that I have healthy kids, a beautiful wife, a beautiful life, and I just want to be happy, man. This kind of drama is ruining my life."
