A sudden attack by Hinata Sakaguchi forces Rimuru Tempest to use his ultimate power as a last resort in "That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime" Season 2, Episode 7. The new episode is titled "Despair."

Rimuru and his monster kingdom, Tempest, are in grave danger when Hinata and the Holy Knights attack them. The official website released spoiler stills and synopsis for "That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime" Season 2, Episode 7 teasing Rimuru using Gluttony against the formidable enemy.

Shion and the other warriors in Tempest are struggling to save the kingdom as it is overrun by enemy forces. With Rimuru stuck in a battle with Hinata, it remains to be seen if the king can save his people and Tempest from the invasion.

In the previous episode, Rimuru prepares to head back to Tempest after meeting the kids. As Rimuru and Ranga get ready to teleport, the former senses the presence of a mighty being.

Moreover, Rimuru learns he has been enclosed within two wide-range barriers severely crippling his magical powers. Despite using the Resist spell, Rimuru could not recover all his magic spells.

Later, Hinata, who is the chief knight of the Imperial Guard and captain of Holy Knight, arrives and confronts Rimuru. Hinata wants to avenge the death of her mentor, Shizu. She believes Rimuru is the one who killed Shizu.

The king of Tempest tries to convince Hinata but she is in no mood to listen. A battle begins and Rimuru is set to use Gluttony against Hinata.

Fans can watch "That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime" Season 2, Episode 7 on Crunchyroll. The episode will live stream in Japanese with English subtitles. It is releasing Tuesday.
