A major crisis is about to befall Tempest as the Kingdom of Falmuth prepares to attack the monster kingdom in "That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime" Season 2, Episode 5. The new episode is titled "Prelude to the Disaster."

The official website released spoiler stills and synopsis for the fifth installment. According to the synopsis, Myulan is ready to take action under Clayman's command.

Three "otherworlders," named Shogo Taguchi, Kirara Mizutani, and Kyoya Tachibana, initiate an attack on Tempest. They are leading an advance party and are enlisted to start a commotion inside Tempest and create tension for Rimuru and the others.

With Rimuru absent from the kingdom, this attack is likely going to be disastrous for Tempest.

In Episode 4, titled "The Scheming Kingdom of Falmuth," Youm introduces Myulan to Shion, Shuna and the others in Tempest.

Youm announces Myulan will be the consultant and military advisor to help Tempest fight against magic.

Tempest is preparing to hold a big festival for Rimuru's return from Dwargon. Myulan notes the Kijin in Tempest are tremendously strong. She notices Tempest's incredible military and technological strength.

In the episode, the king of Falmuth, Edmaris, attends a meeting with his officials. Edmaris learns about Youm and his party defeating the Orc Lord and his forces.

His officials warn about the steady rise of Tempest and how the flow of merchants into Falmuth has declined. At the meeting, they come up with a plan to send three otherworlders to Tempest and start a war with the nation. The otherworlders appear excited to face the enemies.

Fans can watch "That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime" Season 2, Episode 5 on Crunchyroll. The episode is releasing Tuesday.
