When Hinata, Emma, and Draken bet on Takemichi, a sudden surge of hope bursts inside of him. This hope gives him the power to face Kiyomasa. After managing to defeat Kiyomasa and his squad, Takemichi saves Draken from dying in the past timeline.

It is a genuine victory for Takemichi, Naoto Tachibana, and of course, Hinata, because the chances of her dying will reduce considerably if Draken survives. But there is still one problem, Draken remains badly wounded after the stabbing and needs immediate hospitalization.

In "Tokyo Revengers" Episode 11, after clearing the mess created by Kiyomasa and his men, Hinata, Emma and Takemichi manage to put Draken in the ambulance.

Due to blood loss, his condition remains critical. Elsewhere, the fight between Moebius and Toman ends. Toman, led by Mikey, wins the battle as most of the members of Moebius are defeated.

However, the temporary commander of Moebius, Shuji Hanma is still standing and before retreating, he announces that Valhalla will be the most dangerous biker gang in Kanto. He warns Mikey and the others that they will forget peace because Valhalla will come for them.

“While the battle between Toman and Moebius led by their current leader, Hanma Shuji, is raging on, Draken ends up being stabbed by Kiyomasa. Mikey tries to get to Draken who is gravely injured, but Hanma keeps getting in his way. Mikey then asks Takemichi to take care of him instead. While they're waiting for an ambulance, Kiyomasa and his thugs get in their way. In order to protect Draken, Takemichi challenges Kiyomasa one on one to settle things with him once and for all,” read the synopsis of Episode 10, as per Crunchyroll.
