‘Tomodachi Game’ Episode 9 Live Stream Details: How To Watch Online, Spoilers

The Friendly Hide-and-Seek game has reached its third day and Yuichi hasn’t made a move for the past two days. The new episode is titled "I Wish it Were So…"

The official website has released the spoiler stills and synopsis of "Tomodachi Game" Episode 9. The spoilers suggest Yuichi is set to make a move that will shock his allies.

He wants to join Group K. Bewildered by the suggestion of abandoning Tenchi, who is still hiding and struggling, Group K leaves the captain to decide whether or not to allow Yuicho to switch sides.

Tenchi, who still believes in Yuichi, continues to hide, but his physical strength is finally approaching its limit.

In the last episode, titled "It's a Game Where You Wait, and Wait, and Wait... and Keep Waiting," Tenji, Maria, and Yuichi were looking for a place where Tenji could hide.

They recalled the rules of the game and Manabu explained that they can use phones to connect with any of the players during the game.

Manabu also provided the hiders with a give-up button that they can use to end the game.

“The third game, Friendly Hide-and-Seek, begins. Rival Group K, bolstered by an apparent 'genius' strategist, proceeds with a clear numerical advantage. Eager to regain Yuichi's trust, Tenji volunteers to be Group C's hider, but the couple's plans are strained by the addition of a new female teammate, Mizuse Maria. Yuichi confidently tells Tenji to ‘just trust me and wait’, but then doesn't return for days...,” read the official synopsis of Episode 8, as per Crunchyroll.

The cast of the anime includes Yuichi Katagiri, Yume Miyamoto as Shiho Sawaragi, Tomohiro Ono as Makoto Shibe, Shizuka Itou as Tsukino, Satomi Amano as Yutori Kokorogi, Reina Ueda as Maria Mizuse, Minami Takayama as Manabu-kun, Kisho Taniyama as Hyakutaro Onigawara, Tetsuya Kakihara as Chisato Hashiratani, Nana Mizuki as Reiko Tamai, Daiki Hamano as Tenji Mikasa, and Hiroshi Yanaka as Yutaka Mikasa.

The opening theme song of "Tomodachi Game" anime is titled "Double Shuffle" and is performed by Nana Mizuki. The ending theme song, titled "Tomoshibi," is by saji. The series is based on the original concept by Mikoto Yamaguchi and the original manga by Yuki Sato.

"Tomodachi Game" Episode 9 is scheduled to release Tuesday. Fans in the U.S. can watch the episode online on Crunchyroll. The episode will stream in Japanese with English subtitles.
