  • Tottenham rekindles its interest in Gleison Bremer
  • Torino is listening to offers for Bremer
  • Interested teams are expected to grow as the January transfer window nears

Tottenham has several targets in mind as the January transfer window nears.

Although there is a lot of potential talent they can consider, it appears the Spurs remain adamant about acquiring Gleison Bremer of Torino FC after failing to land him in their previous try.

Tottenham needs some help on the defensive end, and there is no doubt that Bremer would be a perfect fit.

Possibly ramping up the chase all the more for Tottenham is the fact that Fabio Paratici has the Brazilian at the top of his wish list, Calciomercato reported.

With the renewed chase for Bremer’s signature, it appears Tottenham is jacking up their planned offer.

It was suggested by Torino Granata that the Spurs are leading the chase for the 24-year-old and are allegedly willing to pay as much as £17 million ($22.5 million) to acquire him.

Also, it would be best to note that compared to 2021, Torino appears to be ready to sell Bremer at the right price.

II Toro is allegedly listening to offers and may be willing to discuss a potential deal before the Brazilian’s contract runs out in 2023.

For Torino, it would make sense. Learning from the Andrea Belotti handling, the last thing that the club would want is to end up with nothing in return before Bremer’s deal expires.

Considering Bremer is hailed as one of the best players that could be available soon, expect other teams to join Tottenham in the chase for a talent that can do well on both ends of the field.
