Truth About Julia Roberts, Danny Moder’s Marriage At 'All-Time Low' Amid Fights

Julia Roberts’ marriage with Danny Moder was not at an “all time low,” despite rumors. Gossip Cop debunked reports stating their marriage was in "a crisis point" due to alleged nonstop arguments over various issues.

Life & Style magazine gave an example of this year’s Labor Day weekend to say the actress’s marriage was in trouble. Roberts attended the annual Malibu Chili Cook-off along with her three children, niece Emma Roberts and the latter’s boyfriend Evan Peters; however, Moder wasn’t present.

“Julia and Danny have been fighting nonstop lately. The marriage is now at an all-time low. It’s reached a crisis point,” the magazine quoted a source saying.

“Julia suffered a meltdown so great following a recent clash with Danny that she was tearfully telling friends she feels like her marriage is over,” the alleged insider added.

The magazine, however, does not provide any real specifics of the arguments and issues between them, but stated the two were having disagreements over their careers, “her controlling ways and their different approaches to parenting.”

“He feels bitter when she’s off working because it leaves him at home with all the responsibilities and little time for his career. But when she’s back home, the demands begin and the fights get out of control. Danny feels smothered and emasculated,” the source added.

The report however failed to mentions the “demand” she makes.

“He’s just over all of their knock-down, drag-out fights. Those close to Julia are scared their marriage is going to end in divorce,” the source added.

The magazine failed to notice just two days after the Labor Day event, the actress posted a photo of them hugging and wrote in a caption, “Oh Summer, thank you! You made us happy and brave. We embraced every moment of sun drenched JOY #familytime.”

In a recent interview, she spoke about the photo and said, “I said to him — we were lying in bed — I go to him, ‘Can I post this picture?’ ‘Cause that’s a weird question. New to my lexicon. And he was like, ‘Okay,'”

In May, US Magazine had written a report about their “really solid and loving marriage.” The magazine had quoted a source saying, “When you see them together, there is no doubt about it. They still have crazy passion and love for each other.”

“Julia just loves watching [Danny] with the kids. It fills her heart and makes her love him even more,” the source added.

The two have been happily married for 16 years and share three children - son Henry Daniel, 11, and twins Hazel Patricia and Phinnaeus Walter, 13.

Last month, Gossip Cop had debunked a similar report stating Roberts' “marriage drama” with Moder was causing her health to deteriorate.
