Twitter Reacts to Kendall Jenner's Attendance At 2018 Golden Globes

Kendall Jenner's attendance at the Golden Globes Awards was questioned.

A number were surprised and were not happy to see the "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" star at the gathering that aimed to honor the best in film and American television. While Jenner is known for her role in E!s "KUWTK" many deem her not worthy to be at the 75th annual awards ceremony where personalities like Meryl Streep and Halley Berry are the guests.

Jenner's critics took to Twitter to share their confusion as to why the reality star was there. "Why is Kendall Jenner at the Golden Globes? #GoldenGlobes," Alexandra Bryant wrote on Twitter.

A number of those who watched the Golden Globes live streaming noticed the same thing and they ended up confused too. They all don't understand why Jenner was in the event when she is more popular in modeling than appearing on TV and movies.

Meanwhile, one said that the TV personality has no reason to join the gathering. "Kendall literally has no reason to be at the #GoldenGlobes yet everyone is talking about her and this outrageous dress. Kris is one hell of a clever business woman," another user wrote.

In related news, while others talked about Jenner's dress at the ceremony, many also noticed the acne on her face. Some criticized her, but others praised the reality star for not hiding what ordinary people really experience.

Jenner has a lot of achievements in 2017. She was named as the highest paid-model and was the most-followed and most buzzed-about model on Instagram too in the previous year. In fact, she has gained 12 million new followers just last year.

Jenner is currently dating NBA superstar Blake Griffin. The pair has never confirmed their relationship, but they were spotted together more frequently than usual. In fact, they were together on New Year's Day. Jenner was spotted alone leaving Mastro's Beverly Hills restaurant the following day, but the model was camera shy. She covered her face while she walked towards the car waiting for her.
