Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show 2016: Everything You Need To Know About Jasmine Tookes’ Fantasy Bra [PHOTOS]

Jasmine Tookes was given an opportunity most Victoria’s Secret Angels only dream of. The 25-year-old model, who earned her wings and become an official Angel last year, will walk in the brand’s annual fashion show wearing the coveted Fantasy Bra.

According to Glamour, the gorgeous Bright Night Fantasy Bra is worth $3 million and took over 700 hours to make. The design was created by Eddie Borgo with the help of jewelers Aziz & Walid Mouzannar. The pricey piece includes an estimated 450 carats of 9,000 precious gems, including emeralds and diamonds. The 2016 Fantasy Bra also has a skirt attachment that adds even more glitz and glam to already blingy bra.

As with every Fantasy Bra, it was specifically made to fit Tookes’ body. Glamour said the model had to sit through a three-hour session where plaster was molded to her body in order to make sure the Fantasy Bra hugged every curve perfectly. “I’m definitely a bit more anxious and excited,” Tookes told the outlet about wearing the bra for the sexy runway show, which airs Monday night on CBS. “I know everyone waits for the moment to see the Fantasy Bra, so I’m like, ‘don’t fall!’”

In an interview last week, just days after the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show taped in Paris, Tookes told CBS News that whenever she had the Fantasy Bra on a guard stayed close by her. “I couldn’t step more than two feet away from the security guard before he was like, ‘Where you going,’” she said.

Following the fashion show taping, Tookes took to Instagram to share a picture of her on the runway rocking the stunning garment. “Words cannot describe the feeling I had on the runway last night! Thank you to my incredible VS family for giving me this opportunity,” she wrote. “It is such an honor to follow in the footsteps of some of the most iconic supermodels.”

Last year, Lily Aldridge was chosen to wear the Fantasy Bra. Designer Pascal Mouawad told International Business Times that it cost $2 million and took over 685 hours to create. He also said the bra included over 6,000 precious gems including diamonds, topaz, quartz and sapphire.

The 2016 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show will air on CBS on Monday at 10 p.m. EST.
