The latest spin-off series in "The Walking Dead" franchise follows the lives of the Bennett sisters (Aliyah Royale as Iris and Alexa Mansour as Hope) who are in search of their father in the ravaged world, 10 years after the zombie apocalypse.

On their journey, they are joined by Hal Cumpston's Silas and Nicolas Cantu's Elton. However, the events of the recent episodes have the group of teenagers break into factions, leaving them at odds.

The two-part season finale, featuring episodes titled "The Deepest Cut" and "In This Life," will see their journey forward as they are separated due to conflicting interests and ideas.

However, trouble is far from over as they get into an accident that obstructs their movement. One of their own suffers an injury, but the group must forge ahead for the sake of their bigger goals. At the same time, one of them makes an important discovery.

"An accident slows the group. Someone suffers an injury while another makes a discovery," teases the official synopsis for "The Walking Dead: World Beyond" Episode 9.

In the final hour, the group continues to move forward despite their differences.

"Now divided, the group must forge onward towards the greater good," teases the synopsis for Episode 10.

In addition, showrunner Matt Negrete hints at the "multiple destinations" the group will get to.

"There will potentially be multiple destinations that we're going to be getting to and then exploring further into season 2," Negrete told Entertainment Weekly.

In addition, the showrunner promises more clarity on Huck's (Annet Mahendru) secret agenda and her endgame. Meanwhile, Tony's murderer will finally be revealed. Fans can expect an answer before Episode 9 comes to an end.

"With season 1 being very much a road trip, they are on the doorstep of their destination by the end of the season. There's a good chance our group may or may not be back together by that point," Negrete added about the season's ending.

Fans can watch Episodes 9 and 10 online via live streaming on AMC's official website after its television broadcast.

"The Walking Dead: World Beyond" Season finale airs Sunday, 9 p.m. ET on AMC.
