  • "The Walking Dead: World Beyond" season finale sees the group’s division
  • The final two episodes will see the group make some important discoveries
  • Episode 9 and 10 will air back-to-back on Nov. 29

Fans will finally get answers to some of their biggest questions as "The Walking Dead: World Beyond," starring Aliyah Royale (Iris) and Alex Mansour (Hope), is set to air its season finale next week.

The first installment of the series will conclude with a two-part finale featuring episodes 9 and 10 wherein the group will deal with some setbacks in their mission.

This Sunday's episode titled "The Sky Is a Graveyard" featured the aftermath of Tony's murder and the truth about Silas' (Hal Cumpston) violent actions against his abusive father. The Silas-centric episode went on to see Elton's (Nicolas Cantu) determined efforts to prove Silas' innocence.

The episode hosted a slew of reveals, including Elton's plans about his future in the group and Hope's confession saying that she killed her mother. Later, Huck (Annet Mahendru) was disclosed to be a secret CRM (Civil Republic Military) agent. She is also the daughter of the series' prime antagonist, Elizabeth Kublek (Julia Ormond), and spy amongst the group. Huck also confirmed the safety of "asset."

Despite these surprises, several questions remain unanswered. Fans are certainly hoping to find out who killed Tony next week and who or what "asset" is. Spoilers and synopsis for the final two episodes suggest a major twist in the storyline.

Episode 9, titled "The Deepest Cut," will serve as the show's penultimate offering of this season. It will feature an accident that will prove to be a real setback to the group's progress in its mission. The synopses suggest that there will be some injuries and some discoveries in the episode.

"An accident slows the group; someone suffers an injury while another makes a discovery," reads the official synopsis.

Titled "In This Life," Episode 10 will serve as the season finale airing immediately after Episode 9. As per the spoilers, the segment sees the group at odds. Nevertheless, they continue to move forward for the sake of achieving bigger goals.

"Now divided, the group must forge onward towards the greater good," teases the official synopsis.

Speaking to ComicBook, Mahendru revealed that the spinoff series is the answer to every question that fans of "The Walking Dead" series have had.

"So we are very much heading to CRM. I mean, that's the helicopter [group]... We're getting really close, you know? So this episode ['Truth or Dare'] is sort of a foreshadow of how heavy and how spicy and just like hot it's going to get," Mahendru said.

She described the finale as the "explosion of all of it."

"The Walking Dead: World Beyond" two-part season finale (Episodes 9 and 10) airs Sunday, Nov. 29, 9 p.m. ET on AMC.
