Oakland Raiders running back Marshawn Lynch is usually showcasing antics on the football field — but this time he’s having fun on the soccer field.

Lynch, who inked a two-year contract with the Raiders last April, played in a charity game organized by former Seattle Sounders player Steve Zakuani near Seattle Sunday. The charity game included former NFL star (and soccer fan) Chad Johnson and Lynch as well Major League Soccer players.

The former Seattle Seahawks running back scampered onto the soccer field in a pair of sandals. He made his way to the other team’s penalty box and picked the ball up with his hands. Lynch, with the soccer ball in tow, darted down the field past the goalkeeper and chucked it into the net.

Typically when there is a violation in a soccer game, the referee doles out a red card. Lynch ran over to the ref and stole the card out of his hand before running off with the game ball. As he headed toward the sidelines, Lynch was given a red card by the referee. In an apparent show of good sportsmanship, he shook the ref's hand and headed for the sidelines.

After Lynch’s display with the soccer ball, the Seattle Sounders soccer team took to social media to comment on what happened. The team tweeted, "That's not how you soccer, @MoneyLynch!"

The team later tweeted "@MoneyLynch GOES FULL BEAST MODE! The former @Seahawks RB runs the ⚽ ️ into the net and then steals the ref's red card! _ #ZakAndFriends."

The Raiders running back is notorious for his antics on the field. In October 2006, then-Cal running back Lynch scored a go-ahead touchdown during overtime against the Huskies for the win. Afterward, he took the opposing team’s injury cart and for a joy ride. The event was apparently so memorable that it was immortalized as bobble head toy.

Last year, Cal Athletics offered the bobbleheads during the Nov. 2016 game versus Washington. The bobble head is a miniature version of Lynch riding on an injury cart in celebration of the 10-year anniversary of that game.

Lynch may like to have fun, but he is serious about his newly inked deal with the Raiders. At a press conference last month, he made clear how important it is to play for his hometown team.

"I mean, it's always been something, being from Oakland, you want to play at home," he said. "I had the opportunity. Maybe them staying probably wouldn't have been so big for me to want to come play."

He added, "I got the whole town riding with me. So that's good what they've got going on. All that good [expletive] you just said. But I got a whole new Oakland behind me. The way we feel just about where we're from and why we represent where we're from so hard is because we know what the struggle is and how we get down."
