Who Is Veronika Khomyn? Meet LA Rams Coach Sean McVay's Longtime Model Girlfriend

There are several narratives leading up to Super Bowl LIII on Sunday, with Los Angeles Rams head coach Sean McVay involved in a few of them. If the Rams defeat the New England Patriots on Sunday, McVay will be the youngest coach to ever win a Super Bowl, at age 33.

When added attention falls on a coach or player, the media often turns its focus on their family or spouse. The media certainly decided to focus on Tom Brady's supermodel wife Gisele Bundchen, who famously ranted about dropped passes by Patriots receivers in Super Bowl XLVI.

In the case of McVay, it's his girlfriend Veronika Khomyn.

Khomyn, 29, is a model from Ukraine, who could be among the more talked about people around the office water cooler on Monday. It wouldn't be surprising if CBS cameras catch shots of her in the stands, which is often the case for a sporting event that draws millions of viewers that care little about the game and more about all things that aren't football.

McVay and Khomyn have mostly kept their relationship under wraps but that hasn't stopped many media outlets from finding information about the couple.

Celebrity gossip website TMZ.com on Friday posted an article of Khomyn that featured her in a swimsuit, while reporting on a custom-made diamond-studded Rams jacket she gave McVay as a gift.

The couple reportedly met in Washington, D.C., while McVay was an assistant coach with the Washington Redskins. Khomyn graduated from George Mason University in nearby Fairfax County, Virginia.

McVay and Khomyn reportedly live together in a six-bedroom, 4,660 square-foot home in the Los Angeles suburb of Encino. The home was purchased for $2.71 million in 2017, when McVay began his career with the Rams.

Khomyn provides all the social media content for the couple, as McVay mostly just sticks to talking to the media about football. Her Instagram account has more than 40,000 followers and she frequently posts pictures of the two of them together. She even had a t-shirt made to support her partner.

McVay won the NFL’s Coach of the Year award in his first season in Los Angeles. He helped guide the Rams to an NFC West title in 2017 and on Sunday the Rams will be making their first Super Bowl appearance since 2000.
