• Roman Reigns recently competed at WrestleMania Backlash
  • He claimed the unified titles at WrestleMania 38 by beating Brock Lesnar
  • Reigns is set to appear in two events in July

Roman Reigns' next challenger in the WWE could be either Randy Orton or Riddle.

Reigns defeated Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania 38 last month to claim the unified WWE and Universal Championship. The Tribal Chief is yet to defend his undisputed titles. Although he competed at WrestleMania Backlash, it was in a six-man tag team match, where he helped the Usos beat RK-Bro, a team comprising Orton and Riddle. Reigns is currently not scheduled for Hell in a Cell next month.

The WWE Company is planning for Reigns to headline two upcoming events: Money in the Bank and SummerSlam, which are scheduled to take place in July, according to Ringside News. The report has also revealed that either Orton or Riddle will be the contenders for Reigns' Undisputed WWE Universal Championship.

The Bloodline, a team that includes the Usos, twin brothers Joshua Samuel Fatu and Jonathan Solofa Fatu, and their cousin Reigns is currently in a feud with Orton and Riddle's RK-Bro. The RAW Tag Team Champions, RK-Bro, are set to face The Usos in a winner-takes-all tag team fight unification match on SmackDown next week, Sportskeeda reported.

The result of the fight on the blue brand will reportedly determine the path toward one of the RK-Bro members challenging Reigns for his undisputed title.

Earlier it was reported that Reigns may never team up with his cousins, The Usos, again in the WWE. In addition, Reigns' new deal with the WWE Company could see him working fewer dates for the company.

Reigns is not scheduled to appear on live events after the show in Cedar Rapids on May 22 and he is currently not listed on any house show cards through the end of June. Prior to the WrestleMania Backlash, Reigns was part of a WWE live event in Trenton. He squared off against Drew McIntyre at the event and the fight ended in the favor of the current world champion.

It has been reported that the WWE Company have also been considering McIntyre as an ideal candidate to challenge Reigns for his undisputed titles.
