There isn’t a ton of separation in the XFL standings halfway through the 2020 season. That’s reflected in the Week 6 betting lines with no team favored by seven points or more.

The Houston Roughnecks are the league’s only undefeated team with a 5-0 record. Led by MVP favorite P.J. Walker, Houston is at least two games better than every other team. The Roughnecks are the biggest favorites on the Week 6 schedule, laying 6.5 points on the road against the New York Guardians.

The Guardians, DC Defenders and St. Louis BattleHawks are all 3-2, tied for the XFL’s second-best record. DC has defeated both New York and St. Louis.

The Defenders are the second-biggest favorites in Week 6 when they host the Dallas Renegades. Dallas is 0-2 when Philip Nelson starts at quarterback, and signal caller Landry Jones is likely to miss another week with a knee injury.

Defenders quarterback Cardale Jones was benched in favor of Tyree Jackson during the team’s 15-6 victory over the BattleHawks in Week 5. DC is 3-0 at home and 0-2 on the road.

St. Louis is favored over the Tampa Bay Vipers on the road Saturday. The BattleHawks are the only team in the XFL East division that has scored more touchdowns than they’ve allowed.

Sunday’s game between the Los Angeles Wildcats and Seattle Dragons features the smallest betting line. Los Angeles is a 2.5-point road favorite over Seattle, which is tied with a league-worst 1-4 record.
