Yahoo Inc. (Nasdaq: YHOO) and CNBC of Comcast Corp. (Nasdaq: CMCSA) said Wednesday they would partner to share content and create Web videos.

CNBC content will appear on the Yahoo Finance home page starting Wednesday. Later this year, the two companies will create video programs that will appear on Yahoo Finance and CNBC.com. These videos will be tailored for a Web audience and separate from cable news programming.
