“Is this real?” he asks her in the preview clip. “Forgive Colin?”

Jill will admit to him that she has decided that the best thing for her is to be with him, despite the discovery which gave her a heart attack recently. She was alarmed and angered greatly after she discovered he had drained her bank accounts for a business opportunity, and the realization he had done it to her before only made things worse. After discovering the extent of his betrayal, her health suffered, and she was hospitalized.

Now, after Katherine’s letter, she will give him another chance to prove himself to her, though she will admit that she’s still taking precautions when it comes to just how much she plans on trusting him. Because she can’t trust him with her money, she has taken his access to all of her bank accounts away, so he won’t be tempted to steal from her again. And though it may be hard for Colin since he won’t want to give up his ways of the past, the fact that Jill has forgiven him will be something he treasures more than his schemes, and he will promise her he won’t disappoint her again.

“The Young and the Restless” airs weekdays at 12:30 p.m. EDT on CBS.
