'Young And The Restless' Spoilers: Will Nick Find A Way To Thwart Adam?

They’ve been at war since he remembered his past and decided he wanted his son back. Now, as Adam makes a major move in their standoff, Nick could be left searching for anything he can to try and stop him from taking Christian on the Thursday, June 6 episode of “The Young and the Restless.”

Since Adam (Marc Grossman) remembered his past on the CBS soap, he has been after reuniting the family he had before he was presumed dead. However, he’s learned that Chelsea (Melissa Clare Egan) moved on with her life and married someone else, who also adopted their son, Connor, which means he may not get to have that part of his life back. As a result, he’s been even more focused on trying to force Nick (Joshua Morrow) to give him his son, Christian, who has only known Nick as his father. Now, with Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) on board to help him, he may find a way to force his brother’s hand.

If Phyllis uncovers information Adam can use against his brother when it comes to his company, then he will be able to give him an ultimatum. He can either give up his son, or Adam will take over the company Nick built. Knowing that the choice is something that won’t be good for him no matter which way he goes, Nick will likely not take his brother’s threats sitting down, and will quickly get to work trying to find a way to thwart him.

Naturally, his attempt to get evidence will likely involve using his biggest resource, which is his head of security. As Rey (Jordi Villasousa) gets to work, he could also make a discovery that allows Nick to have another way of getting the upper hand.

If the secret Rey learns allows Nick to get back the edge in his battle with his brother, then it could wind up being the only thing he has as he fights to keep the boy he loves in his life.
