YouTube star Camryn Clifford, who recently confirmed that her husband had died, took to YouTube on Friday to reveal details about his death.

On Aug. 21, Clifford broke the news of husband Landon's death with an Instagram post stating, "It saddens me deeply that they will never get to truly know him. He was so young and had so much more life to live. Words cannot come close to describe the pain I feel. All I can do now is make sure our girls know how much he loved us. He's looking down on us from heaven and his light will shine through the clouds when we look up at him. May he rest peacefully."

On Friday, the 19-year-old uploaded a YouTube video in which she revealed details about what led to her husband’s death.

"This is definitely going to be the hardest video that I've ever had to make," she said in the introduction, adding, "It's a very important story to be told and it's my job to tell it, but it's not an easy story to tell, at all."

The mother-of-two revealed that her husband was privately struggling with anxiety and depression and also had ADHD (Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder).

"Many factors just kind of contributed to the fact that his mental health just wasn't really great at the time," she said. He soon got addicted to the medicines prescribed by a psychiatrist and began abusing his medication. Things got worse after the birth of their second child following which the couple decided to live separately so that he could work on his mental health. They eventually got back together and got into healthier habits.

On August 13, however, Landon apologized to her out of nowhere and then told her that he was going to take a bath. However, when he did not come out for long, she went to check on him. Clifford did not find him in the bathroom. She searched the entire home and found him hanging in the garage.

"He was very pale and I was in so much shock. It took me a second to realize that it was actually happening. I ran to the kitchen, I grabbed a knife and I cut him down," she said. Paramedics rushed him to the hospital where he was declared brain dead five days later.

"There was no note, no explanation, but I know him very well. I'll never truly know the answer, but I know Landon and I know he was not thinking rationally. He's a very impulsive person and he does things without thinking. I think he felt guilty about how everything has gone for the past year and I think he just felt like a burden and we'd be better off without him, which is so far from the truth," she said in the video.
